Occupying a central-city location immediately adjacent to District 1, Pavilion Square was slated to be a high-density residential offer with commercial retail space as well as a relocation residence for the residents who previously occupied the site.
The podium level reserved for community retail and amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, provides a recreation deck for residents, raising them 3-4 stories above ground. We designed duplex penthouse units that span from tower to tower to maximise CBD views and create an iconic addition to the skyline.
